Please Note: All Full Grooms and Bath & Brush appointments, pricing is based on your dog’s height. This is measured from the base of the paw to the top of the shoulder blade.
To ensure the correct price is given, your dog must be standing or sitting upright when measured.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. In some cases, a muzzle may be needed to ensure a calm and safe grooming experience. This could be planned in advance or used unexpectedly if your dog shows signs of stress during the groom.

Please Note: We always use a muzzle as a last resort. Whenever possible, we use a Groomer’s Helper, a gentle safety device that attaches to the grooming table and supports your dog at the neck. This allows your dog to move freely, pant, and bark comfortably while keeping them safe.
If a muzzle is necessary, a small fee will be added to your grooming service. In rare cases, both the Groomer’s Helper and a muzzle may be used together for extra safety.

This fee applies when a dog requires extra support during grooming to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. It may be necessary for dogs who are sensitive to grooming, anxious, or resistant, or when the condition of the fur, such as matting, makes the groom take longer.

Additional handling is used when a dog needs gentle but firm guidance to stay safe and calm throughout the grooming process. Our priority is always your dog’s comfort and safety, and this extra support allows us to provide a calm, thorough, and stress-free grooming experience.
Supportive Care Grooming Time - PER 30 MINUTES
£ 15.00
This fee is charged in 30-minute increments for dogs who require a slower, calmer, and more supportive grooming experience. It is designed for pets who may struggle due to age or health conditions, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and stress-free throughout their groom.
